Two storey extension to semi-detached dwelling – Honiton
DCF Planning & Design was engaged to facilitate design, planning permission and building control approval for an extension to a family dwelling.

The right hand half of this semi was to be extended over the driveway where the red van stands. The images below, show the result.
Our clients enjoy a 50% increase in floor area, and on this occasion parking and access for vehicles was greatly improved.
