Sometimes the simplest projects are the most effective.
DCF Planning and Design were engaged to draw up a simple five metre bungalow extension, for planning permission, building regulations and construction. Our design follows the existing construction lines and uses sympathetic materials and finishes.
The extension comprised a useful new study/bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The feature french windows and lockable connecting door allow the new rooms to be annexed if required. The opportunity was taken, whilst on site, to clear vegitation and lay a new patio which receives available sunshine for most of the day. This kind of extension is cost effective and we think you’ll agree, the results are very pleasing!
